From the app notes https://www.ti.com/lit/an/swra555a/swra555a.pdf?ts=1758100393108, about the data path ADC buffer->CBUFF->CSI2, there is data format configuration separately. CBUFF support data format 12/14/16 bit, how to understand the difference? 12-bit means read 12bit from the 16bit CBUFF unit, 16bit would transfer all 16bit unit, correct?
And CSI2 support RAW8/12/14, how to match CSI2 format with CBUFF format, any recommendation and limitation here?
