IWRL6432AOPEVM: FTDI Driver recognition is different

My customer uses multiple IWRL6432AOP EVMs , they are using FTDI I/F.

Then , some of the board r(little bit older board) is recognized as follows and worked well.

But many of others (recently purchased one) are recognized as follows and not worked.

Can you please advice how to resolve this issue?
