Dear TI Support Team,
We are using the AWRL6432 in our PCB assembly process and would like to clarify its reliability under the following conditions:
1. Can UV exposure (e.g., from UV curing during assembly) cause any risk of damage or degradation to the device?
2. Is X-ray inspection safe for AWRL6432 at typical PCB inspection levels, and does TI provide any official limits or guarantees regarding X-ray exposure?
Any official guidance or documentation would be greatly appreciated.
