Hi Team,

I want to use the TMP113 for precis temp measurements in a vacuum up to 10 bars.

How do I know if the package can support it and that it will not outgassed?

Hello Ohad,

With a standard plastic package there is a risk of outgassing. We have a few devices that have outgassing data including devices labeled SEP or SP-QMLP. Ceramic packaging are hermetically sealed and have no outgassing. Ceramic Packinging are labeled as SP-QMLV. This product overview highlights our TI roadmap on space temperature sensors.
