ISOTMP35-Q1: Tsense connections

The TSENSE pins are all connected to each other in a single piece of leadframe, but they have no electrical connection to the die. The TSENSE pins just serve as thermal connection pins, to allow heat transfer to the die through the isolation barrier. 

If the user only connects one or some of the TSENSE pins, the only outcome would be that the temperature response would be slowed to some degree. The unconnected pins would only pick up heat through radiation not direct conduction through the copper. But the core functionality of the device would not be impacted, just the performance.
