Dear all,

i'm trying test an AWR1642BOOST evb but i'm having some problems.

First the hardware connection. On Device Manager i see COM1 and COM2 and when i launch UNIFLASH inserting COM1 , i get error "System is already configured " and can't proceed.

I tried to change the numbering of the serial com by Properties Device Manager but it doesn't work again.

Could you help me? What is my error?

Hello,

In order to get the COM ports to show up properly you either need to install CCS or emulation package.

Please share a screen shot of the ports in your device manager.

Also, please share an image of how you are connecting the board.

Hello,

In the image you shared, the SOP jumpers appear to be in functional mode.

Can you please put the SOP jumpers in flashing mode, power cycle the board, and test again?

Dear Adrian,

ok i connected the board but when i launched the demo GUI, it showed:

sdk input version [2,1] not matching [3,6] reported by target

Change input version/ target and try again.

SDK is 2.1 but radar toolbox installed to the board is 2.10... Maybe is it the problem?

Must i install version 2.0 for the radar toolbox?
