TUSS4470: Trouble in getting any Echo out of the circuit

Hello,

Your schematic looks okay.  What distance is your target?  For first check, I like to point the transducer at the ceiling which is about 2m distance and look for the echo.  If the target is too close to the transducer, the echo can be hidden in the ring down of the pulses on the transducer.  

Also, please see the EVM register settings below for 40kHz transducer.  It seems like the issue may be in your BPF configuration.  Try setting this to 0x00 for 40kHz filter.

Distance doesn't seem to matter at all in my setup.. there's no effect of it on the sensor. I try moving the sensor but the ADC values I get from reading are not consistent. My distance calculation values display anywhere between 10cm to 110cm randomly.

I tried using all your Register values (graphs attached below)
Can you capture your Signal graph at the positive pin of transducer (+) I just want to take a look at it.

I forgot to mention but the only thing that the sensor responses to is my touch.. whenever I touch the sensors flat top body.
Please check the graph. It seems to completely remove the Ringing effect with my touch.

Thanks for the graphs. The Transducer (+) graphs are the same for us.

Can you also share your sensor setup like are you using the development kit or a custom PCB with TUSS4470 because I'm using the latter one. Still don't know what's wrong with my setup.
