During our serial production check of the module on the X-ray, we noticed the difference on the component level.
The component is inspected on the X-ray.
- The component TMP112A with the DC 2521 has the X-ray picture showed below:
- The component TMP112A with the DC code 2419 X-rayed looks like on the picture below:
There are additional “lines”/connections in the component itself from 2024. Were there any changes on your side on the component level? If so, please let us know the changes.
