TMP102: When the power is first turned on, the temperature value retrieved from the register is too high

Hi Experts,

When it was first powered on, the temperature read was too high, and every time it was read, the temperature dropped slightly. After a while, it will approach the actual temperature, I don't know why

    I believe this is the same question a fellow TIer asked earlier. Please see my response below:

    Could you provide more details about your customer's test setup? Are there any other components around the sensor? Is it near any heat sources on or around the board?
