TMP116: Request for PSpice Models for Multiple TI Devices

Hello,

We would like to request the availability of PSpice (Cadence) models for the following TI devices to support our circuit simulation and design verification:

TMP116NAIDRVR
CD74HC4067SM96
TS5A4594DCKR
TXB0302DQMR
LMV301MG/NOPB
REF3033AIDBZR

Please note that PSpice format is specifically required for our design flow.
Unfortunately, models in other formats (e.g., TINA-TI, IBIS, or behavioral-only models) cannot be used in our environment.

If PSpice models are available, we would appreciate the download links.
If they are not currently available, please advise whether there are plans to release PSpice models or any TI-recommended PSpice-compatible alternatives.

The models we offer for TMP116 are on the product page: https://www.ti.com/product/TMP116#design-tools-simulation TMP116 has a digital output, so a spice model doesn't make sense. We don't share spice models for any of our digital temperature sensors.

Due to the way responsibility is assigned on E2E, you will get a faster response posting about each product individually. Regardless, I will re-assign your post to the team responsible for CD74HC4067.

Hi Seeun,

Both CD74HC4067SM96 & TS5A4594DCKR are very old devices (from 1998 & 2005, respectively), so we do not have PSPICE models. Please see our FAQ on how to model a mux when there isn't a specific PSPICE model available here.

As Ren mentioned, it's better to submit separate E2Es for each device, but I will go ahead an assign this to the team for TXB0302DQMR

Hi Seeun,

There is no plans to release a PSPICE model for the TXB0302, the reason is discussed further in this FAQ:e2e.ti.com/.../faq-why-is-there-no-pspice-model-for-a-monostable-multivibrator-device
