TMP461: TMP461 Low-byte with negative values

I am unclear how the low-byte (fractional part) behaves when the temperature goes negative in 2's complement mode. Is my following table correct?

Please read the following app note in how to read temperature from TMP461. TMP461 is on page 8 and 9. The following table highlights the weights of each bit. Add the weights that contain a 1 in the binary value. How to Read and Interpret Digital Temperature Sensor Output Data (Rev. A)
