Part Number: TPS61391
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS61390,
Hello,
I'm using the TPS61391 to generate a negative APD bias voltage as discussed in this application note ("High-Precision Negative-Voltage APD Power Supply Design with TPS61391"). I have the following questions about the functionality of the TPS61390's current mirror mirror/sensing when the part is configured in this manner:
- Is it possible to keep the functionality of the integrated current mirror and current limiting when using an inverting charge pump stage?
- What is the bandwidth of the current mirror when a typical resistor of ~5k is used with the MON pins?
- If it's not possible to keep the functionality of the integrated current mirror, could you please suggest an alternative topology for current measurements? For reasons specific to my application, I can't put a TIA in series w/ the APD. I'm looking for a bandwidth in the 100s of khz using a current mirror.
Thank you!
