TMAG5134: Request for Active-High Push-Pull (SOT-23) + 2 mT BOP + low sample rate (A/B/C) — sample availability?

Hi,

We are considering the TMAG5134 series as an alternative Hall switch for an existing design. However, we cannot find a standard part number in the datasheet/product table that matches our required output polarity/configuration.

Our target requirements are:

  • Logic: Active High

  • Output: Push-Pull

  • Sensitivity (BOP): 2 mT

  • Package: SOT-23 (3-pin, DBV)

  • Sampling rate: preferably A / B / C (lower sampling to reduce average current; longer detection time is acceptable)

In our current device (Z-axis sensing), at 20 Hz the average current is about 2–3 µA, and we would like to reduce this by ~50% if possible.

We noticed the datasheet mentions “Additional Device Configuration Options” (including Output Configuration = 3: Omnipolar / Active High / Push-pull, and BOP = 2.0 mT, and selectable sampling rates). Based on the naming convention, we believe something like the following would match our request:
TMAG5134 E 3 [A/B/C] (DBV)

  • E: BOP = 2.0 mT

  • 3: Omnipolar, Active High, Push-pull

  • A/B/C: low sampling rate options

Questions:

  1. Is an Active-High / Push-Pull configuration in SOT-23 (DBV) available (or can it be supported) with BOP = 2 mT and sampling rate A/B/C?

  2. If not a released standard PN, is it possible to obtain engineering samples (new revision / additional configuration option) for evaluation? If yes, which exact PNs should we request?

  3. As a background note: our existing part senses Z-axis, while TMAG5134 is in-plane sensing. We are considering whether we can compensate mechanically/magnetically (or via sensitivity selection) to make it work. Any guidance or recommended evaluation approach would be appreciated.
