Hi,
I am a Phd student in UT arlington. I am interested in the new product TMP006. I'd like to know the internal structure and sensitivity of the thermopile sensor.
Thank you for the information.

Thanks, but the two files have no information about the thermopile structure and the sensitivity of the deivce.
Guoliang,
In our datasheet we specify the sensor voltage and resolution with listed conditions on the ambient and object temperature. Depending on the application, going outside of the listed data sheet conditions will influence the behavior of the device.
The thermopile sensor is proprietary and we cannot disclose any more information, sorry for the inconvenience.
