AMC6821: I2C Communication Issues?

Hi team,

The customer was debugging I2C communication and discovered that the chip was unresponsive; however, measurements of the chip's pin states indicated that everything was normal.

There was no acknowledgment received for the very first byte transmitted—the address byte. The address was sent exactly as described in the datasheet, and the waveforms also appear to be correct.

    Hello Alan,

    Could you please confirm the I2C bus hold and setup times are consistent with the datasheet values?

    In some cases we've observed when hold/setup times are not consistent with the recommendations, the device may fail to acquire its address.
