We are looking for high precision temperature measurement(0.01% accuracy) as it is to be used for medical application.Is there any TI IC which can give such high precision?

    Niket,

    Temperature sensing ICs will be unable to reach that extremely high level of accuracy. Measurements of that precision will require an RTD (standard platinum resistance thermometer or secondary standard platinum resistance thermometer) interfaced to a high accuracy ADC such as an ADS1246/7/8.
