Is the TMP275 factory calibrated ?
I don't find anything about that in the datasheet.

Hello,

Because the specification for the TMP275 is given as absolute (rather than relative) a factory calibration procedure is performed on these devices. I can ask the product line if they are able to share any details about the calibration process if it is necessary for your application.

In general, for devices that are not calibrated in production, then a calibration procedure is described in the datasheet.
