    Hi Ted,

    We don't support BSDL as the LM96080 does not have the JTAG interface. However, the LM96080 does have a test mode called NAND TREE TESTS that can be used to check the connectivity of all the pins. This can be found on page 23 of the LM96080 datasheet.
