LDC1000 / accuracy of measurement

Hi,

I'd like to ask about accuracy of LDC1000.

Does measurement accuracy have effect on analog supply voltage between 4.75-5.25V?

For example, does it affect the accuracy when VDD is swinging between 4.75-5.25V?
