Who can I give me the datasheet?

The datasheet which I download form ESP is only 3 pages.

We are preparing for a full catalog release of the entire 3D ToF chipset in the middle of December - along with an evaluation platform called the 3D-TIF-CDK-EVM.

The full data sheets will be released at that time.
