LDC1000 evm GUI failure

Hi,    

I got my LDC1000EVM in the mail, found and downloaded the GUI driver from TI, went through the install on for the GUI, and everything was OK.  Tried to run the program and always get an error:

"Application failure to initialize properly (0x0c0150002) Click OK to terminate the application."

I am running XP Pro.  Everything runs fine on this machine.  The machine is never connected to the web.  I tried to initialize the GUI driver manually, but got the same error.

Any ideas???
