I recommended the TMP006 to my customer and he is wondering if there is a version already packaged like the Melexis one ? Also, is there any distance advantage using this model versus the Melexis canned type ? This is for remote monitoring at a substation on junction boxes to alert people when it is getting hot and about to catch on fire. They mount it remotely to look at the temp rise.
