LMP91300 - supported by SPIO-4?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMP91300

I see 12 LMP9XXXX devices listed under the SPIO-4, but LMP91300 isn't there.

Is there an LMP91300EB?

SPIO-4 page says:

The SPIO-4 Digital Controller board is used to read registers, write registers, and capture data from various TI's Sensor AFE and other signal path products. The device evaluation board (for example: LMP90100EB) should be equipped with the GPSI-16 or GPSI-32 header to connect to the SPIO-4 board, which contains a USB port to connect to the PC with a Sensor AFE Development Platform Software.

Each device has a separate Development Platform Software with a common look and feel. The software enables design engineers to quickly evaluate each Sensor AFE or other signal path product. The driver for the SPIO-4 board and instructions to download the driver is included in each software folder.

  • For that matter, is there any tool support for LMP91300?

    If yes, what?

I no, what is the plan/time-frame?

  • Hello,

Yes, there is a LMP91300 eval board.  It uses a special communication board (not the SPIO-4 board) to talk to the computer.

The LMP91300 was made to be used in inductive proximity sensors.  The sample board is available through your local field application engineer.  He can help you determine if the LMP91300 is a good fit for your application.

The general purpose inductive sensor part is the LDC1000.  Samples and eval boards are available on the ti.com web site.

  • For inductive proximity sensors, right.

And what is the part number for that  LMP91300 eval board?

Why isn't it listed with the LMP91300?

I received an email advertisement for LMP91300 in Thursday's (2/6/14) Electronic Products email, downloaded the data sheet, read it, am interested and ...

Who is my local TI field application engineer?

I am in Hopkins Minnesota, 55343

  • Hello,

Could you email me at mike.stout@ti.com so that I can get in contact with you?

    Thanks,
