What is the difference between the parts LM20 and LMT89?

Is the LMT89 a replacement for LM20?

    Hi Eric,

    The LMT89 is an alternative to the LM20 whose accuracy is not as tightly guaranteed. Please compare the accuracy specifications in EC tables on page 4 of the datasheets for more details.

    Also the LMT89 is only available in the SC70 package while the LM20 is available in both the SC70 package and the WCSP (wafer chip scale package).
