What is the difference between the LDC1000, LDC1041 or LDC1051?

The LDC1051 measure only Rp and not L?

The LDC1041 is 8 bit ADC for Rp and 24 bit for L.

The LDC1000 is 16 bit ADC for Rp and 24 bit for L.

I got confused because I couldn't find the link to LDC1000 datasheet in the LDC1000EVM webpage. But it has link to the LDC1041 datasheet.

Also, what is the LMP91300?

I am bit confused isn't the LDC1000 an AFE too?

Hithesh,

LDC10xx are L-to-D converters. They not only can measure L but also can measure Rp. Here is the link to the LDC1000 datasheet:

LMP91300 is a programmable industrial inductive proximity sensor:

Is there a demo board for the LMP91300?

Will the distance vs Rp graph in the datasheet be same for L vs distance?

If I want to change the inductor, should I break off the PCB?

Hi Hitheshi,

I have asked one of my colleagues to address your question regarding LMP91300.

If your last two questions are for LDC1000, the curve in the datasheet is for Rp only.

To change the inductor, just break off the coil from the board.
