Hello again. Another question about the LDC1000, more specifically the webbench tool.
Is there any particular reason there are limits on the parameters you can enter? For example, I tried entering a distance of less than 1mm, but the tool shows an ERROR. I need to get the smallest possible resolution and for 1mm the minimum resolution is only 0.08µm, which is still not enough.
Is there any way to bypass the limits or is the calculation incorrect for small distances? I'm guessing this has something to do with near vs far field, how would I go about determining the limit for a frequency of 5MHz?
