How can I use comparator model on INT pin configuration?

Hi Ti,

I am new on using LDC1000EVM. May I know the differences of INTB pin model: comparator and DRDY? I installed LDC100 EVM GUI 1.0.4.1. The GUI only allow me to measure inductance by DRDY; Can I do my measurement by using comparator model?

Hello Joe,

Please refer to DS for description of INTB pin modes.

EVM and the GUI were developed to demonstrate data streams from LDC1000. The firmware in MSP430 does not have functionality of threshold detection.

You will need to modify existing firmware, or develop your own if using another MCU.

How can I modify existing firmware? Is it useful that the file name LDC1000_F5528_V3_Public on the direction: program file (x86) >> texas instruments LDC100 EVM >> firmware?
