Hi Team,
 
I have a question about TMP112.
It seems that accuracy of 0℃ to +65℃ is "-0.5℃～+0.5℃" in Electrical Characteristcs.
 
On the other hand, Figure3 shows that accuracy of 0℃ to +65℃ is "-0.5℃～+0.4℃".
 
 
Does Figure3 include marginal samples of spec?
(Does Figure3 show three sigma?)
