What we want to do is getting linear value of  rotation angle.

+-45 degree is enough, so we do not mind defective part.

Can you provide calculation formula of figure to get fine linearity?

Unfortunately we do not have an application note available on this topic. Perhaps you could create a lookup table based on your data and interpolate the later in software.
