I want to use the LDC1000 as a sort of encoder for closed loop control. The datasheet lists Tres(min)=Minimum Response Time=192 / fsensor and Tres(max)=Maximum Response Time=6144 / fsensor
Clearly one should choose something near the maximum frequency of 5mhz to get the fastest time but 192-6144 seems quite a large range. Is best response going to be around 6144/5e6 = 1.2 ms ~ 1khz ?
I thought I read somewhere the sensor had 100khz update.
