FDC1004EVM GUI for Windows 8 8.1

Anything in the pipeline for getting the FDC1004EVM gui up and running for Windows 8 or 8.1? I'm unable to get it to work in anything above Windows 7, even in compatibility mode.

At the moment, we do not have any plans to support windows 8 or 8.1, but I'm sure this will change in the future.

David, given that the GUI SW will not run under windows 8, what do you recommend we do with the EVM? send it back to the US for a refund?

There will be a new GUI that will be released in a few months that is compatible with Windows8. If you would like a refund, please contact Sales Support (sales_support@ti.com).

Hello Matsunami-san,

Yes, this GUI supports Windows 8 and 8.1. In addition to FDC1004, this GUI also supports FDC2212/4 and FDC2112/4.

Hi Lucas,

I got the FDC1004Q EVM GUI running on Windows 10 by disabling the driver signature enforcement. I expect it should work also on Windows 8/8.1
