Proof of calibration of the TMP275

Hi,

This is regarding the IC we have chosen for our digital temperature sensor project

  1. We would need to submit certificate of traceability to NABL/NIST standards as proof of calibration of the IC. Since the datasheet mentions that the IC is factory calibrated, could you please provide a copy of your calibration instrument (perhaps from the fab) for the IC?
  2. Also, we need to know whether the IC needs to be calibrated/compensated in any form after a particular duration of time against some kind of a reference?

    Thanks for using one of our temperature sensors for your application. I need to discuss this information with my Product and Characterization Engineers of my team and get back to you. I am not sure up to what point this certification are NDA restricted or not.
