Changes over time data in DRV5013

We have 1000 hrs test result under 125C. You can find on the www.ti.com/.../drv5013 quality&packaging info.
We will check internally to see if we have that longer duration test result.
Also note that we have DRV5013Q1 version which is in automotive grade with very good reliability.

But my customer needs 10000-20000 hours of changes over time data.

Hasebe-san,

As Wilson mentioned, we tested multiple lots of DRV5013 through TI's 1000 hour high-temperature accelerated life test.  Even though it is only 1000 hours, the test conditions accelerate the effective aging to 10 years.  The results found that there was no measurable change in the datasheet specifications, and no change in BOP/BRP thresholds.

You mentioned in your message 10000-20000 hours.  In realtime that is 1.1-2.2 years.
