I have spotted a mistake in the LDC1614 datasheet (SNOSCY9 –DECEMBER 2014).
On Tables 11, 13, 15 and 17 (DATA_MSB_CHx Field Descriptions) the bit 12 description is wrong!
instead of "Channel X Conversion Watchdog Timeout Error Flag. Cleared by reading the bit.", as for bit 11, it should rather be something like "Channel X Amplitude Error Flag" .
Hopefully TI is going to amend it in the next datasheet version...
