OPT3001 : Alternative package ?

Hi

Do you have any plans to offer the OPT3001 in alternative packages ?

e.g. SOT23 or similar?

Or does the no lead USON package perform similarly to (Leaded) SOT23  during thermal  cycling and vibration tests? My peers have reliabilty concerns.

    Mike,

    Currently we don't have plans to offer the OPT3001 in different packages.

    The OPT3001 did pass a full set of package qualification tests, including Life test, Temp cycle, and biased and unbiased HAST.  If there are concerns, a customer qual memo can be requested to address this.
