In case of a rotational application where you want to measure 360 degrees, you need to use multiple sensors. If you are using two sensors, they should be 90 degree separated. Multi-channel LDC such as LDC161x/LDC131x is more suitable for this kind of application. In case you wish to use LDC1000, then multiple LDC1000 need to be used and should be sychronized. A target shape as shown below can be used for rotational application:

What can i do to see this if i us the ldc1000 evaluation kit?

Do you want to sense the position when the motor is stationary and then provide the feedback to the motor?
You will have to use two LDC1000 devices and synchronize them. The sensors need to be placed at quadrature to each other.
What is the resolution in position (degrees) you require in the application?

but I want to have every time the angular position of the rotor.
how can I find these angles with the GUI (ldc1000 EVM) ?.

or how do I link the angle with inductance of the coil?
What hardware do I need?
In Which registers the inductance values are stored?
I want to have an accuracy of about 0.05 ° - reach 0.1 °.

LDC1000 EVM cannot provide information about angle. If you want to link angle to inductance, you need to use atleast two LDC1000 EVMs and synchronize it externally. The GUI currently does not have the capablity to measure the angle. LDC1614/ LDC1314 is more suitable for angular position measurement as it has multiple channels. I suggest you try using multichannel LDC instead of LDC1000.

LDC1614/LDC1314 are the best devices for this kind of application.
Unfortunately, there is no hardware built for synchronisation of mulitple LDC1000 devices.
