HDC1000 reading higher values than expected

Hi,

I am using the HDC1000 for temperature sensing. When I read the temperature value and calculate it with the formula at the datasheet to get the celcius value, I get nearly 5 higher temperature values than I expected. What is the idea behind the formula and is it the true way to change the values at the formula to get the correct temperature value?
