Hello,

I would like to check the body temperature measurement solution of TI.

(1)
Could you please let me know the solution of body temperature measurement of TI?
Can we use TMP006 or 7 ? ( I think that we can't get the good accuracy with these device...)

I think that LMT70 is the best accuracy temp sensor of TI.
For exapmle, if we use LMT70 for Skin temperature of wrist by wearable device, are there the algorithm of conversion from wrist temperature to body temperature in the TI which can be share with us?

    Hello Ryuji,

    A good place to start would be the Digital Temperature Sensor FAQ.  The first question is concerning how to measure skin temperature.  The recommendation is to begin by reviewing these slides: TI's Skin Temperature Measurement Webinar (slyw051).  It shows various methods of measuring skin and body temperature using the TMP112 and the LMT70.


    As for how to convert from their respective outputs back to temperature, please reference the TMP112 datasheet section 7.3 Feature Description and the LMT70 datasheet section 9.3 Feature Description for information on this topic.
