I was unable to find exact specifications for the package type COG-78, which seems to be used in the OPT8241 ToF sensor IC. I currently work to create a KiCAD library for said IC.
Is there any documentation I might have missed? I would appreciate any hints you can give me.
The OPT8241 datasheet gives only a basic outline of the IC size, but no information about pin locations etc.
