The timing description of LM75B from chapter 6.7 on datasheet is mismatched with its' Figure

For example, the MIN. Period of SCL is indicated to 2.5ms as t1 and the data set-up time is indicated to 100ms as t2,

But the Figure 1 shows the period of  t2 is shorter than t1, is it correct?
