We're doing competition comparison of DRV5013 for our customers request.
So, would you please teach us the following specification.

1) The output saturated voltage (Iout=20mA)(min/typ/max)
2) The chopper frequency (KHz)(min/typ/max)
3) Reverse current of power supply (@-30V)(-mA)(min/typ/max)
4) Recommendation operating output current condition (min/typ/max)
5) The magnetic special quality min/max value of Bh

A1220 or EM6011 are writing a above specification.

PAN-M,

1. You can refer to the Rds(on) specs. At 20mA, typical resistance is about 30 ohms, so VOL = 0.6V.

2. The internal sampling rate is 125kHz.

3. Note that the abs max rating is -22V to 40V. At -22V, I've measured typical leakage to be in nanoamps.

4. It is 0mA to 30mA, as stated in datasheet Table 7.3.

5. Can you please explain more? Do you mean Bhysteresis?

5. Yes. This spec typical is 5.4mT.
Do you have min/max value?

We can calculate the min/max hysteresis based on BOP/BRP. For example, for the DRV5013AD, max is if BOP = 5mT and BRP = -5mT: 10mT. If the thresholds are 1mT and -1mT, then hysteresis is 2mT. So you can think of the min/typ/max as 2/5.4/10mT.
