Quantitative determination of vacuum permittivity (epsilon in Farad/meter)?

Dear Application Engineers,

I am amazed about the possibilities of the capacitive sensor FDC2214 and wonder whether it is possible to calibrate this type of sensor quantitatively in a way that permits to determine the epsilon (vacuum permittivity, see en.wikipedia.org/.../Permittivity) of a material that is being approached to the sensor. Of course, the

material under test would have to be brought into a certain volume/form factor in order to take account for the geometry effect in a quantitative manner.
