I bought FDC1004EVM evalution module

I am trying to update current firmware, So i downloaded firmware from ti web sites.

How can i update firmware

i need step by step instructions

Hello,

Please download the latest GUI from the FDC1004 page. After installation, run the GUI and then click on MENU on the top left corner. Select Firmware (the last item), and upload the firmware file.

I did what you say, But when i select firmware update. GUI wants Source file from me. Where i can find Update file. ? This picture will help to understand what i say.

You are not helpful. You are giving answer just to answer.
I am not kid. I know i have to download GUI. I know i have to download firmware from the FDC1004EVM page.
I am asking HOW I CAN UPDATE. Because When i click to the open source button. GUI wants file from me. Unfortunately firmware folder which is downloaded from EVM page have alot of file. Which one is the correct. Which one i have to select. If you dont understand DONT GIVE ANSWER.
Because i hate person who give answer just to answer...

From your screen shot, I can see that you are just one step away. Please open Debug, and you'll find FDC1004_Firmware.txt
