Patrick,

The demo consisted of the TDC1000-C2000 EVM and a CC3100 boosterpack on a MSP430 launchpad.

If I were to create this from scratch I would use a CC3200 and the TDC1000 for simplicity.

Sorry but I don't have a reference design for this.
