  • Hi Aaron

Thanks a lot, we keep in touch ifguemez@hotmail.com
Just one question, Do you have any idea when it will be avaliable?

    Irving
  • Hi Irving,

LMT70 is in WCSP package, which mean the solder ball pin is at the chip level. It might be very hard for you if you don't have any proper tool and solder experience to solder the device. I trained many people here, and more often they gave up. Here is a tip on how to solder the WCSP on your own when you get your library.

    1. Before solder any discrete components on your board, please solder the LMT70 first.
    2. Apply small amount solder paste on 4 pads, and drop the device on top of the solder paste.
    3. Align the pin to ensure all four sides alignment by looking under the microscope.
    4. Preheat the board from the bottom side using Pre Heater then apply heat on the top using heat gun until you see solder start to melt and shine. It's done.

Hope this helps. Will get back to you soon on the Eagle library.

  • Hi Aaron

Thanks for the advice, i already made a library, can i send it to you? To the a look and prube if it's currently ok. Regrets

    Irving
  • Hi Irving,

I'm sorry for the long delay. I thought that you are going to send me the library file, but don't worry. We got the library for most software CAD. This is also included the 3D model. The BXL file should be online sometimes tomorrow.

Please let me know if you have any question.
