We are developing a flow meter using TDC1000/TDC7200 in combo (similar to the evaluation board, with the hook in for the processor - we are using a different processor). For Mode 2, the representative formulas include a calculation of 'offset.' Unfortunately, there is no further example as to where the offset is used.
Is this an important parameter to calculate or was that just thrown in as another parameter you could calculate?
(Also, there is a math mistake in the example below the equations - Clock count is given as 3818, but the equation uses 318 - the difference in the result is tremendous!)
