Application Note SNIA021, figure 8 shows a thin PCB wit the LMT70 mounted on it. Is that PCB with mounted LMT70 available for purchase? Or having the part available in a larger package would be helpful. Concern is over handling and assembling the LMT70 due to the tiny package.

Tom,
I don't see where that "Thin pcb" is available as a product for purchase. It is also documented in TIDU802 ( www.ti.com/.../tidu802.pdf ) and TIDA-00452, but seems only the EVM can be purchased: www.ti.com/.../lmt70evm .
I don't see the design files for this either, but I will check on those.

Hi Tom,

At this moment, we do not have any larger package available, but we do have the LMT70EVM available for purchase as Leonard's mentioned. The thin PCB as shown in figure 8 is mainly for thermal response testing, and it is not available for purchase. If you want I can assemble one for you, but I need to check if there is any PCB available.

The design engineer who made the board is no longer with TI. I'll try to contact IT if I can get the design file from his computer. Will get back with you soon.
