TDC7200, Specification of TRIGG pin

Dear Specialists,

My customer is considering TDC7200.

He wants to know Electrical specification of TRIGG pin.

They are delay time from SPI communication, output level, rise time, fall time and pulse width

Could you advise?

Please refer to page 7, section 7.5 of the Data Sheet for information on TRIGG pin electrical specs.

I confirmed the datasheet of page 7 , section 7.5.

I could find TRIGG spec of output voltage spec, but I couldn't TRIGG pin spec of find rise time, fall time, delay time from SPI communication and pulse width.

Could you advise?

The TRIGG output is set on the second rising edge of the CLOCK input following the measurement start register write.

The pulse width depends on the time a START edge is detected: TRIGG remains high until the START edge is received (see Sec 8.4.6.)

TRIGG output is not a critical output for which we have rise/fall times.
