TDC7200: How many Time of Flight measurements can it perform in one second? (i.e. Maximum Measurement Rate)

Thanks for your reply. Actually, I already have looked at that thread. I am not familiar with the different inputs, triggers and working of the TDC7200. I was just hoping someone could tell me if this is within the capability of the TDC7200:   to take data 1million times a second, for a few minutes. Ive seen other TDCs in the market that only go as high as a 100kHz (approx). I want to perform measurements at 1MHz update rates and I want to know of the TDC can do it.

I came across THS788, which offers quad channels. Does this mean I could use it to measure the time of arrival of 4 signals, in order to get 200 kHz x 4 = 0.8 MHz update rate. Would that be possible?
