Could you clarify this quote I found on the LDC1312 manual:
"temperature drift can often cause a shift in component values, resulting in a shift in resonant frequency of the sensor. Using a 2nd sensor as a reference provides the capability to cancel out a temperature shift."
but I wonder how to achive this.
Both coils must be identical?
Why the shift does not involve both coils?
Which parameters must be considered?
